    I love this coat! However… I received it with a hole in the inside pocket the size of a had dollar. I reached out to customer service and they got right back to me… my options were to return it and pick something different (which I did not want at all cause I love the coat, however it’s no longer available so it can’t be replaced.) or find a seamstress to fix it and send em a receipt and they will cover it. Seems fair enough I suppose except I order a new coat that came with a flaw from factory so now it’s put on me to deal with it or lose a coat I love. Done allot of business with Dixxon and I guess I was hoping for a little more on the “ I’ll take care of you end” but I’m gonna take what I got and run…and still buy more from Dixxon and still turn new

    People onto Dixxon …

    Which is what loyal customers do.. just would be nice if companies went the extra mile

    For the ones that support them sometimes. Anyhow .. wor

    k hard..stay humble..good stuff.
