Received order a month later. Paid for the insurance, so I called & they were not helpful nor were they nice about it. I bought this as a gift for my husband at least 2.5 weeks prior thinking it would be ample time. Original so called shipped item shows pending. It appears the original item never left their hands.It's disheartening to know a company who seems to care about their customers does not handle situations as such with care. I was told I would have to wait for item or if not, cancel order. 😞 I guess I could have cancelled order however, sounds a bit assanine as I would have never ordered in the first place.
I have a big family of Harley riders and they all enjoy wearing their shirts. Since I'm so disappointed in the service that I endured, I have wavered with telling my family to no longer order from this company because they have proven to not care for their customers 😔.
