    Great quality! Love it!

    I thought it'd be a little warmer since it has the fleece but I'm always cold anyway so it's probably just me. It's great quality, I love the color, fantastic durable work shirt, feels and looks great and I'm overall very pleased with it!! I definitely like the snaps instead of the buttons down the front. Wish the sleeved had the same but they're still buttoned. I always size up now with Dixxon so I got an XL women's. For reference, I'm 5'6 170 lbs; I'll typically wear Medium shirts and sometimes Large jackets just for the extra room.
