Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed we are not able to cancel, modify, combine, or change your shipping address.

Why don't you have any flannels in stock? My size is sold out. When will it be coming back?

All of our products are limited production runs, so when an item sells out we do not restock. Due to the limited nature of our products, there are many times where we have low or no inventory, and it is very common for us to sell out of an individual color-way even within the first minute to 30 minutes of its release. Please also keep in mind that Shopify does not hold items in the cart so if the item sells out it is completely gone.

We always recommend getting on our site 5-10 minutes before a release and adding the item as soon as it goes live to ensure you get what you want in your size. We also do have a new rad feature where there is a countdown for the release at the top of our website.

I'm not sure what size I should get. How would I find that?

Our flannels and short sleeve button downs are sized exactly the same. If you prefer a bagger fit in the flannel/short sleeve button down, we suggest sticking with your normal size. If you prefer a slimmer fit, we suggest going a size down from what you would normally wear. They run on the larger side and they don’t shrink when washed or dried.

Why don't you carry tall sizes in your short sleeve shirts?

The tall factor of our products resides in the sleeve length. For flannels it works because we’re able to add an extra 3 inches to the long sleeves and it makes a significant difference.

Short sleeves are a different story. With that being said though, we are known to have longer length than most brands to accommodate for taller men.

Why don't I see you in any "Big Stores"? Where can I buy your shirts in my state?

Us operating directly is to the direct advantage of you, to keep our products frequently changing and evolving, and at an affordable price. We were founded with the mindset to serve the working class with clothing that is durability and style focused with an emphasis on affordability and ultimately value. Quality is our motto.

Will my flannel shrink?

It will not shrink. We suggest that you machine wash in cold water with like colors and hang dry or, use the lowest heat temperature possible in a dryer.

What's the best way to know about upcoming releases?

We are very active on Instagram and Facebook, and we highly recommend signing up for our newsletter.

We do NOT spam, share, or sell any information and we very rarely send emails outside of alerts for new products and when you leave items in your cart.

What is so special about your flannels? What's the "hype"?

We design our colorways from scratch rather than using standard off the bolt fabric. Our attention to detail includes fabrics that will not shrink, wrinkle, or fade - resulting in the very best flannels on the market, at an affordable price.

We stock up to 5X on all of our button downs and include select tall sizes to accommodate nearly every body type. We add extra length in the body and sleeves, standard, which is perfect if you ride motorcycles. We also include hidden collar stay buttons on EVERY button down shirt we make - this includes work shirts, party shirts, dress shirts, flannels, etc. - they all come standard with the feature to keep your collars locked and straight.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, G Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Dixxon e-Gift Cards.

What is an e-gift card?

An e-Gift card is an electronic gift card that you can apply to any purchase.

When you purchase an e-Gift card, it will be sent to the email address used when placing the e-gift card order. You can either print it or forward the email to the recipient.

Please make sure to check your spam, junk folder and promotions folder if you cannot find the gift card as they sometimes end up there.

Do you offer discounts or promotional codes?

Yes! From time to time we treat our customers to discount or free shipping codes. They may require a minimum purchase before tax or only apply to certain items and they almost always are valid for a limited time.

Please be sure to enter an active discount or special code during your purchase, before your order is finalized, so you can take advantage of the savings! Please also note that once orders have been placed we cannot retroactively add discount codes to the order.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

What is your return/exchange policy?

Any item that you don’t love can be exchanged and/or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. It must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Our returns portal is meant for a one-time use only

EXCLUSIONS: Hats, gaiters, underwear, swimwear without hygienic liners, and all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. We inspect all returned products using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility.

We deduct $9.99 for shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. Customers selecting an exchange will receive a courtesy return label. If you have multiple different orders that need to be returned we do not suggest using our returns portalplease send different orders in separately when utilizing the courtesy pre-paid label(s) you receive from our website. If we receive an additional item that is not listed on the order it can result in the exchange/return for that item not being processed and sent back to the customer.

2. Please include a note with the original order number (if the item is a gift please be sure to notate that on the note, if you do have the info of the original purchaser please include that), your name, shipping address, email address and desired style, size and color, and reason for return.

How long will it take Dixxon to process my return I sent on my own / gift exchange?

If you sent an order/gift item back in on your own, it can take up to 7-14 business days for your return package to be received at our facility and the exchange or refund processed.

We will send a confirmation email when we process the refund. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment used for an order. Your financial institution may take an estimated 3-5 days to post your refund.

 

Exchanges are shipped 1-2 business days following processing. Standard shipping times apply.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please utilize our returns portal that is on our website to set up an exchange for the incorrect item. The process on our returns portal is super simple and will also allow you to upload pictures of the incorrect item and the packaging slip. Once completed you will receive an email with a return label to have the incorrect item returned, once it is marked as in-transit our system will automatically send out the item you selected.

Tracking

Where's my order?

Orders are shipped only on business days: Monday - Friday, excluding most major US holidays.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We ship priority so our shipping transit takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 days for international orders. If it's been more than 7 business days and you haven't received a confirmation shipping email or your USPS tracking information hasn’t been updated, we’re happy to help.

Order Marked as Delivered, Not Received.

This is a typical situation with USPS. It's common for USPS to mark a package as delivered and then physically deliver that package a few days later.

If it’s been more than 5 business days and your package still hasn’t arrived or there are no tracking updates, please be sure to contact your local post office supervisor first to find out further information in regards to the delivery scan. (Please keep in mind that we can only see what you see in terms of tracking). Please also check with surrounding neighbors as well, we have seen many instances lately where USPS delivers the package to the wrong house.

Help! I can't find my order number.

We always include your order number in the order confirmation email we send you after you complete your purchase. First, try entering "Dixxon Flannel Co." into the search bar on your email account. If you have trouble finding your order confirmation email in your inbox, we recommend searching your spam or junk folder and entering Dixxon Flannel Co. into the search bar.

Changes to Orders

I have an issue with my order, who do I contact and how long will it take to receive a reply?

If I place two orders, am I able to combine them?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders. We pride ourselves on some of the quickest shipping turnaround times in our industry and we print orders very quickly after they have been received.

How much does your shipping cost?

Shipping price will depend on your order total and shipping zip / postal code. Enter your shipping address into the form at checkout and the cart will update your shipping cost.

We do ship internationally to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs and your countries import taxes and or duties are at your expense. Please enter your country and postal code at checkout for an accurate shipping cost.

How long will it take to get my order?

My order is still showing in pre-shipment a few business days after ordering; why is that?

Pre-shipment means that your package has left our warehouse and is waiting to be scanned by USPS to begin its journey to you. Please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking information to update.

If your order is still showing in pre-shipment after 7 business days, it is most likely USPS has not scanned the tracking # after they picked up the package from our facility. This is why the package still shows at our facility.
