Men's WorkForce
Men's Workwear: Flannels, Pants, and Outerwear Built to Outlast the Shift
Ten hours on a job site will tell you everything you need to know about a work shirt. By month two, the seams are pulling at the shoulders. The body length that looked fine in the mirror turns into a crop top the first time you reach overhead to run conduit. And most guys have a pile of work clothes in the garage that barely made it through one season.
Dixxon started with that exact frustration.
Long before he was an apparel guy, our founder was a Harley-Davidson mechanic. The first Dixxon flannels were built to handle the kind of week he knew firsthand: grease, sparks, sun, hard work, and a washing machine with no mercy.
That hasn't changed. Our men's workwear is made for mechanics, welders, linemen, framers, fabricators, and anyone else who clocks in and gets after it.
Why Dixxon Men's Workwear Holds Up
Most men's work clothes make you choose between durability and comfort. You get stiff canvas that takes weeks to break in, or soft cotton that feels great at first but pills, fades, and wears out faster than you'd like.
We took a different approach with our fabric development.
Our D-Tech™ blend is designed to feel comfortable from the first wear while holding its shape and color through regular use. It's the kind of fabric you can wear on the job, throw in the wash, and grab again without having to baby it.
D-Tech™ Fabric, Built for the Wash
Traditional cotton flannel can shrink, wrinkle, and fade over time. That's not ideal when your work shirt is part of your everyday gear. D-Tech™ is our poly-blend alternative, and it's used throughout much of our workwear collection, including our men's flannels.
-
Shrink-resistant and low-maintenance: It dries easily and resists wrinkles, even when it spends a few days stuffed in a gear bag.
-
Color that holds up: Plaids and solids are designed to maintain their contrast and color through repeated washing and long days outside.
Breathable for warmer shifts: The fabric is lightweight and moisture wicking, making it easier to wear through hot summer days and warm shop floors. -
Built to resist snags: The fabric is designed to stand up to the everyday encounters that come with working around sheet metal, wire, tools, and equipment.
Details That Came From Job Sites, Not Focus Groups
Good workwear isn't just about the fabric. The little details matter when you're wearing the same shirt for hours at a time.
-
Built-in microfiber lens cloth. Sewn into the hem so you can clean safety glasses, goggles, or even your phone screen when your hands aren't exactly clean.
-
Hidden collar-stay buttons. Help keep the collar in place instead of letting it flap around on the road or under a shop fan.
-
Longer body and sleeve lengths. Our long-sleeve work shirts are designed to stay tucked when you bend over and cover your wrists when you reach overhead. Tall sizing is available through L, XL, and 2X; check the size guide for measurements.
-
Dual chest pockets with pen and tool slots. Because keeping a Sharpie in your back pocket usually ends the same way.
-
Waist-and-inseam sizing on work pants. Sizes run from 30 through 48, so you can get a more precise fit instead of choosing between small, medium, and large.
Men's Workwear Clothes for Every Shift and Season
Not every shift calls for the same gear. Some days, you need a breathable moisture-wicking layer. Other days, you're reaching for a work jacket, beanie, and whatever else keeps you warm before a 5 a.m. start.

FR and Hi-Vis: Workwear for Sites With Rules
A lot of guys don't get to choose everything they wear to work. The safety manager, job requirements, and site rules usually have something to say about it.
That's where FR and hi-vis workwear comes in.
Our WorkForce lineup isn't a replacement for mandatory PPE or any specific protective equipment your site requires. Instead, it gives you work-ready layers designed with comfort, durability, and familiar Dixxon fits and patterns in mind.
For jobs where flame-resistant or high-visibility clothing is required, you can add purpose-built workwear to the rest of your gear without giving up the style you're used to wearing off the clock.
Work Hard. Stay Humble.
That's the motto, and it's painted on the wall at our Tempe showroom for a reason.
We don't design work clothes for people sitting in a boardroom. The people wearing Dixxon men's workwear are welders, wrench turners, roofers, riders, fabricators, and small-business owners who take pride in doing the job right and coming home with dirty hands.
Small Runs, Gone When They're Gone
Like our flannel drops, many WorkForce pieces are produced in limited runs. When a colorway sells out, it may be gone for good. That means there's no guarantee you'll get another shot at the same style later.
If you see something you want for your next shift, don't assume it'll still be there next season.
Gear Up for Your Next Shift
Cheap work clothes aren't cheap if you're replacing them every few months.
Choose men's workwear built with the demands of the job in mind, from durable flannels and work pants to heavy-duty tops, jackets, and cold-weather accessories.
Whatever you're clocking into tomorrow, there's workwear here for it. Filter by size or style, find your gear, and get to work.
