Seasonal Fulfillment Associate

Motorcycles, skateboards, low-riders, hardcore/punk music, and flannels in our closets. That’s who we are and we were tired of flannels that didn’t fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We worked hard and did it better and rolled out the first Dixxon flannel in 2013 and we haven’t looked back since! We continue to be all about growth and change!

We are looking for SEASONAL team members to join our team who enjoy a rewarding, fun, fast-paced, physical position during our peak order processing season.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
• Load and unload containers of products
• Accept delivery of inventory
• Count and confirm inventory
• Mark and label stock
• Store inventory in a logical and accessible manner
• Load and wrap product on pallets
• Willing to be trained in safe use of cherry picker/order picker, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality – twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching.
• Able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods
• All of the above items must be able to be executed daily, without restriction.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance
• Able to report to work daily with a positive mental attitude and willing to put in the hard work and effort daily.
• Customer service driven – when attention to the accuracy of items picked and shipped is very high, the customer has the best experience.

SCHEDULE

Shifts are EITHER 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Saturday or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Saturday. Applicants MUST be available to work whichever shift they are scheduled; requests for preferences are not available. Each shift will have some expected overtime and additional hours as needed and will include occasional Saturday and/or Sunday shifts.
