What is the 13 Year Anniversary Series?

The 13-Year Anniversary Series celebrates lucky 13 years of Dixxon, founded in 2013, with a special collection of flannels. We reimagined 13 of our most iconic styles into a unified series—each sharing a common pattern while offering its own unique look and feel.
How do I get the 13th Anniversary Flannel?

The 13th Anniversary Flannel is FREE when you purchase all first twelve (12) flannels in the series. The 13th flannel is not for sale and cannot be purchased separately.
Is the 13th flannel really not for sale?

Correct. The only way to receive the 13th flannel and complete the series is to purchase all 12 qualifying flannels.
Do all 12 flannels need to be purchased at once?

No. The 12 flannels can be purchased over time, as long as:

  • All purchases are completed
  • They are made under the same Dixxon account and email address
What happens if I return or cancel one of the flannels?

Any returned, refunded, or canceled flannel will void eligibility for the free 13th Anniversary Flannel.
How many of each flannel can I buy?

There is a limit of four (4) per customer, per flannel style. The number you purchase is the exact quantity you will receive for that style.
What size will the free 13th flannel be?

The size of the free 13th Anniversary Flannel will be based on the most frequently purchased size associated with your Dixxon account.
When will I receive the free 13th flannel?

Once all 12 qualifying flannel purchases are verified, the 13th flannel will be automatically shipped in early 2027, following the 12th release in December of 2026.
Can I choose the color or style of the 13th flannel?

No. The 13th Anniversary Flannel is a pre-determined, exclusive style and cannot be customized, exchanged, or substituted.
Does the free flannel have cash value or qualify for exchanges?

No. The free 13th Anniversary Flannel has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
Can this promotion be combined with other discounts or offers?

No. This promotion is not combinable with other offers unless explicitly stated.
What if multiple sizes are purchased equally?

If multiple sizes are purchased in equal quantities, Dixxon will determine the issued size based on order history and availability.
What if there are inventory issues or suspected misuse?

Dixxon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion due to inventory limitations or suspected misuse.
