Fulfillment Associate

Motorcycles, skateboards, low-riders, hardcore/punk music, and flannels in our closets. That’s who we are and we were tired of flannels that didn’t fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We worked hard and did it better and rolled out the first Dixxon flannel in 2013 and we haven’t looked back since! We continue to be all about change!

We are looking for experienced team members for our fulfillment center who enjoy a fun, fast-paced, physical position and having a great day, every day!

Warehouse Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
  • Loading and unloading containers of products
  • Accepting delivery of inventory
  • Counting and confirming inventory
  • Marking and labeling stock.
  • Storing inventory in a logical and accessible manner
  • Loading and wrapping product on pallets.
  • Processing product returns from customers.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance
  • Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard of accuracy
  • Loading and unloading product
  • Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 80 pounds
  • Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures  
  • Competency working in 20’ rack spaces, managing full product boxes
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality – twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching.
  • Able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods
  • All of the above items must be able to be executed daily, without restriction.
  • Willing to be trained on safe use of cherry picker/order picker, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Standard Stuff

Must be available to work 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday for full-time. Must be able to work overtime during peak season, sales, and high order volume releases. The occasional weekend work may be required
