In-Store Pickup

Select In-Store Pickup at checkout to place an order for collection at our designated pickup location. Pickup orders must be collected in person and will not be shipped to your address.

Order Processing & Pickup Availability

We aim to have pickup orders ready within four hours. This is an average processing time, not a guarantee. Actual preparation times may vary depending on order volume, staffing, and product availability.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup email before visiting the pickup location. Your initial order confirmation does not mean your order is ready.

Product Availability

While we do our best to maintain accurate inventory, we cannot guarantee that all products will be available for pickup at the time your order is processed.

If an item is unavailable, we will remove that item from your order and issue a refund for the unavailable item to your original payment method. Any remaining available items will be prepared for pickup, and you will be notified when your order is ready.

Pickup Window & Uncollected Orders

Once you receive your Ready for Pickup email, you will have five days to collect your order.

Orders not collected within five days of the Ready for Pickup notification will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please ensure you collect your order within this timeframe.

Picking Up Your Order

Please collect your order at the designated pickup location during its posted business hours. Have your order confirmation or order number available when you arrive. Additional identification may be required to verify your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to or cancel your pickup order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All pickup orders remain subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility requirements, timeframes, and instructions.
