OFFICIAL RULES

1. Entry

ENTER THE LAMB OF GOD FLANNEL SWEEPSTAKES BY PURCHASING THE LAMB OF GOD FLANNEL FROM DIXXON DURING THE ELIGIBILITY WINDOW. SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.

Purchasers within the first hour of online release on 03/06/2026 or on the day of release (03/06/2026) at participating retail locations will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per qualifying purchase.

2. Eligibility

Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Dixxon Flannel Co. Lamb of God Flannel Sweepstakes is open to United States residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dixxon Flannel Co. (“Sponsor”) and each of their respective affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win.

3. How To Enter

The Sweepstakes begins on 03/06/2026 at the time of online release and ends on 03/06/2026 at the conclusion of the first hour of online sales and close of business for in-store purchases (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter, purchase the Lamb of God Flannel from Dixxon Flannel Co. during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • Online purchases made within the first hour of release automatically receive one (1) entry per qualifying flannel purchased.

  • In-store purchases made on 03/06/2026 during normal business hours automatically receive one (1) entry per qualifying flannel purchased.

No additional purchase methods are available. Only purchases made during the stated Sweepstakes Period qualify.

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, delayed, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to website outages, payment processing issues, or acts beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules.

4. Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will take place on 03/06/2026 at 5:00 PM PT.

5. Prize and Odds

One (1) winner will receive a signed, limited edition Lamb of God vinyl record.

Approximate retail value may vary. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance

Winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their qualifying purchase (email for online orders; phone or email for in-store purchases, if provided).

Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor may require completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law). Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

7. Participation

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If terminated early, Sponsor may award prize based on eligible entries received prior to termination.

8. Construction

If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Dixxon Flannel Co.

The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winner(s) and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.
