POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for experienced retail staff associates, both full-time and part-time who will be the face of our brand, engaging customers to provide them with the best shopping experience they have ever had!
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Welcome every customer with a smile and welcoming demeanor, offering product information, brand education, and assistance in selecting & pairing items. We’re talking 5 star google review experiences!
- Assist customers in building a great personal wardrobe and fostering the love of our brand. Identify their needs & wants, provide recommendations, and help coordinate complete looks.
- Maintain an Instagram-worthy store through display merchandising, product management, and general housekeeping.
- Understand and promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Answer customer questions about store policies, services, and products, providing helpful information to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appearing sales floor, including product restock/floor replenishment and through creative display and wall merchandising.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, returns and customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, store goals, and contribute to a high-energy, positive work environment.
- Report to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, ensuring that daily tasks align with store goals and standards.
- Be positive and supportive of your team because a happy team is a successful team.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 months of prior retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with both customers, supervisors, and fellow team members.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 11 AM to 6 PM Sunday through Monday, some holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand & walk for extended periods of time, lift boxes/weight up to 50 lbs in alignment with the physical demands of retail work.

SCHEDULE
Must be available to work 11 AM – 6 PM every day of the week. Able to work overtime during peak season, some holidays, sales, and high order volume releases.
