Returns & Exchanges
Any item that you don’t love can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. It’s that easy!
EXCLUSIONS: Hats, gaiters, underwear, swimwear without hygienic liners, pet apparel, pet accessories, sunglasses without all original packaging & accessories, leather products without the black bag, and all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
We inspect all returned products using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility and reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange deemed ineligible.
We provide free prepaid shipping labels for all returns and exchanges.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
- It can take up to 14 business days for your return or exchange package to be received and processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
Exchanges are shipped within 1–2 business days after processing. Standard shipping times apply.
