- Available for a small fee at checkout.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
General Processing & Tracking
- Orders ship from Chandler, Arizona.
- Standard processing time is 3–5 business days.
- You’ll receive tracking via email once your order ships.
- If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, check your spam folder or contact info@dixxon.com.
- Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
D-Ship Guarantee (Shipping Protection)
- If your order is delayed, lost, or not delivered and you purchased D-Ship Guarantee, please file a claim through the Corso Dashboard.
- If you did not purchase D-Ship Guarantee, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- D-Ship Guarantee must be purchased at checkout to cover shipping-related issues.
- Dixxon is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages without D-Ship Guarantee coverage.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with options or issue a refund.
- Backorders are not available.

- Processing may take 10–14 business days.
- Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days after processing.

- Initiate within 60 days via the Returns Portal.
- Exchanges ship within 5 business days after processing.
- Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

FAQs
Can I combine multiple orders?
- No, orders cannot be combined.
Why can’t you provide detailed tracking updates?
- Once your order has shipped, tracking updates are provided by the carrier. We see the same information available to you.
Can you update my order after purchase?
- We cannot make changes once orders are processed.
What does “pre-shipment” mean?
- Your order has left our warehouse and is awaiting a carrier scan. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking updates.
My package says delivered, but I did not receive it.
- Please allow a few additional days as this can occur with carriers. If it has not arrived after 5 business days, contact us with your order details.
