You might see a slight inconsistency due to the nature of this handmade item. We have shipped your hat with the brim flipped up to preserve its shape. Simply and gently fold down and you're ready to go.

Straw is NOT waterproof. These will take a good beating, but naturally they will shrink up and become brittle over time if exposed to too much water.
