    Dixxon Anchor 2.0 Jacket

    I never do reviews, but had to for the Anchor 2.0. Amazing jacket... wore it shoveling snow in freezing temps in NY with layers and was comforatble and dry. Wore it with less layers, equally comfortable. Fit is great, fitted but not tight. Bottom-up zipper super useful. Deep pockets. Cuffs on wrists keep wind out and whole jacket cuts the wind. The zippers seemed flimsy, but they're not; they're very good. Love this.

    Lightweight and comfortable

    This softshell jacket makes a great 3 season jacket. It's lined but not heavily insulated. If you live in a colder climate (like I do) you'll want to wear your favorite Dixxon flannel and hoodie underneath. I already own this jacket in the blue camo pattern, so I figured it would be wise to get the black one to give myself more options! The outer shell does well to keep water and snow off of you (it's not waterproof, however) and there are more than a few pockets for stashing things like your keys, gloves, a flashlight, you drink, whatever. The cuffs adjust via a Velcro strap, and the hood has a drawstring in the back to adjust the opening. Without adjusting the hood, this will perfectly fit over a ball cap while still covering your face. Overall, it's a great jacket. If I catch the grey one on sale, I'll probably go for the trifecta. My only gripe, and it's minor one, is that the zipper pulls are on the small side.
