    Great product. Not great customer service

    So, here’s the thing you need to know about Dixxon: They are solidly three stars. Their product is good. Their customer service is garbage. It exists to process returns and exchanges and nothing else. Their loyalty policies are inherently customer-hostile: You’re paying for shipping insurance. Loyalty discounts expire very quickly. No matter what. It doesn’t matter if you’ve purchased 1 item from them or 100. Your loyalty is irrelevant. They’re all about making the dollar. All of the “Dixxon fam” language is comically false. You will never be treated like family. Not even a little bit. If you like their clothing, which unfortunately I do, know you’re buying it without support. If you’re okay with that, proceed. Just know what you’re getting into. Expect the support that you would get from Verizon or Ticketmaster.
