    Extremely Disappointed in Durability

    I purchased the Dixxon O.D. Green Tactical Backpack expecting something rugged and reliable, but the quality just isn’t there. After only four uses, the plastic clip on the top Velcro strap snapped clean off. I wasn’t doing anything extreme—just adjusting the strap—and it broke instantly.

    For a bag marketed as “tactical” and built for heavy use, this is unacceptable. A critical piece shouldn’t fail this quickly, especially on a brand that prides itself on durability. Now the top strap is useless, and the bag can’t be secured the way it’s designed to.

    Overall, very disappointed with the construction and longevity. I expected far better from Dixxon.
