Description 

Offering the wearer a degree of protection that the standard workwear does not provide, the Flashover FR Flannel was designed with the toughest jobs in mind. Specially treated for flame resistant properties, the Flashover is built to meet the performance requirements of NFPA® 2112*. Finished with extended sleeve plackets and extra body length for ease of tucking in, this flannel is perfect for providing you extra safety and comfort in the most rugged of working conditions.

*NFPA 2112 conformity reduces the severity of burn injuries resulting from short-duration thermal exposures or accidental exposure to flash fires. This does not mean the flannel can’t be damaged by fire/thermal exposure, but will offer you extra protection you would not otherwise have.

      Dixxon fr will last… except for the buttons

      I buy most of the work force fr’s that dixxon puts out and I love every design I’ve purchased. As a welder I need a good material that’ll stand up to the hot metal coming off stick and MiG welding, hold up against cutting and grinding and spatter from an acetylene torch and 99.9% it does! … EXCEPT for the buttons.. I’ve tried to reach out in hopes they may hear me and most of the others like me when I say, please make more with pearl snaps. They don’t have the threading that can be singed off like a regular button. I already tell anyone and everyone to buy their fr’s and I will continue to buy their fr’s, even if they don’t hear this. Love dixxon, stand by dixxon… just this one little thing

      Bummer

      I was really excited for this shirt as it was going to be my first flame resistant flannel. But unfortunately I received the wrong size. Ordinarily that wouldn't be a problem because the Dixxon return system is super easy and quick. But since there was a deal going on my size was sold out and I had to exchange It for a different one. I'm sure the replacement will be just as nice but I preferred the color of the one I had to send back. Bummer!
